Why a turtle?
An old legend about balance, and the story behind our name.
Legend says that over 4,000 years ago, a turtle rose from the Luo River with a pattern of dots on its shell. The dots formed a square of nine numbers, the Luo Shu, where every row, column and diagonal adds up to 15. We named TurtleLuck after that turtle, because balance is what we look for in every relationship.
Our founder is an I Ching master. In our tradition, the I Ching is the big brother of it all: the bagua, the Five Elements and this little square of numbers.
